[jdev] XMPP UK Meetup - 4th March - Call for speakers/demos/etc

Hi Lloyd, the ubiquitous encryption / IM Observatory work would be good
topic, I think. Thijs and I would both be there and could share the
responsibilities for leading a discussion.
