[jdev] XMPP wiki request, OTR client details

I have been developing OTR support for my XMPP client, it's now fully
functional and is undergoing testing and additional feature development.

I was wondering if it would be possible to have this added to the page at:

http://wiki.xmpp.org/web/OTR

Under "Work in Progress" until the release is made.
