Yes, I saw that, which is why I said before that you were making a 
good-faith effort to fix your problem with the JABBER trademark.

Yes, I recognize that changing the name of a software product is not so 
easy (we've seen that before in this community with Jive Messenger's 
change to Wildfire and then Openfire).
