OK, here is what I discovered.
1. Ludovic Bocquet removed SJ from the list because he thinks that your
software is still in violation of the JABBER trademark and he thinks
that he has the right to enforce the trademark. However, he does not
have such a right. I have reduced his privileges at xmpp.org so that he
cannot do this again.
2. Your website talks about "SJ IM" but the software itself still has
text about "Safety Jabber", as least in the OS X version that I just
downloaded (the splash screen says "Safety Jabber 1.0", the about page
says "SafetyJabber commercial version 1.0", etc.).
Although it is not the XSF's job to enforce the JABBER trademark, I
would be quite happy to contact the trademark owner (Cisco Systems,
Inc.) and tell them about your software.
Do you have plans to correct the text in your software and release an
updated version?
Peter
