It's a manifesto. I suppose it will have to be adapted to match 
deployment reality after the test runs.

I think setting a high level in the manifesto is good. People are free 
to use whatever workarounds they need to make in order to continue being 
able to communicate with their contacts.

But I think we need to be very clear about saying what is the right way 
to do things and what should be avoided.
