[jdev] Standalong BOSH server in 20013?

In total, a peak of ~5500 concurrent clients to one XMPP server, however 
I've split those between several BOSH instances to allow around 700 - 
1000 max per BOSH instance. Thats split roughly 50/50 between actual 
BOSH, and websocket traffic.
