Folks, the rooms I booked at the Cisco office outside Brussels have a
hard limit of 40 people. Currently we have 32 people signed up for the
"hackfest" on Friday and 35 people signed up for the "summit" on Monday
(including an interim meeting of the IETF's XMPP WG):
