I don't know that this is "broken" so much as "liberal in what you
accept". RFC 3920 was ambiguous on whether to fall back to A/AAAA
lookups if SRV failed, but leaned toward doing fallback even if SRV
failed. RFC 6120 is more strict in this regard.
