What's actually involved in participating? We set up our server... and
then what? Are there test cases and scripts already developed from
past interops?

Also, is this all remote? Or are people meeting somewhere to do the
interop testing face to face.

Voxeo's interested in participating. We'll bring our shiny new
high-scale XMPP development platform along to play.
