[jdev] XMPP Based Google Wave and Federation ?

The Google IO event was the first time anyone except Google folks even
heard about it.

On jdev chat room it was talked about and I think stpeter even sent
them some change requests about the draft :)

I am going to try and wait patiently for more of the source for the
reference implementation to be released.
