[jdev] FOSDEM 2009, any xmpp?

I would really like to have a dev room this year so that our XMPP Summit
can be more focused on interop testing and dev hacking, and less focused
on sitting around yammering. Last year the supply of dev rooms was very
limited so we didn't get a room. As soon as the FOSDEM guys open up the
dev room request process for 2009, I will submit a request.
