Thanks for this, however the link at  in the latest comment doesn't
work for me -- is this issue limited to me? Can anyone else access this
(or the trac or svn links in the body)?

If so i'd be mighty grateful if someone could forward on a copy. 

Seperately i will try to find contact details for the guy Steve listed
on that site and see if he has another copy.
