[jdev] Use cases of SOAP over XMPP

Hi Jonathan,
I have implemented SOAP over XMPP for Apache Axis2/Java. Although it does
not fully implement the spec, you can successfully use it as a transport.

However the documentation does not exist on how to use it. After seeing your
query, I have started writing a small how-to document. I will post a message
with the URL once I am done.
