[jdev] Detect Num of XMPP IM Messagses/Logins/File Transfers in Logfile

Ali,

There are number of ways for searching log files like:
grep -c "some text" logfile.log
gives you number of occurrences  of the 'some text' in the log file.
There are possibly other methods.
I think, however that the best way is to ask the server developer
as there might be better ways for retrieving this information.

At least before anybody can really help some more details on
the software you use are needed.
