Great. I would like to have a small group of people not busy hacking and
doing inter-op tests to discuss a future ICE-TCP-like XEP. There are so
many questions and ways to do it, I would prefer a live-discussion
before writing down a XEP proposal.

Ok, I will write a use-case and some basic ideas to the standards list
