[jdev] Multiple parents for a PubSub Node

I have read about the having hierarchies in the PubSub node (in the XEP
0060). I'm having use cases where a certain pubsub node should be a
child node for 2 parent pubsub nodes. Is it possible to achieve
according to the specs?
