[jdev] new muc and pubsub lists

In line with the recent creation of several special-purpose, 
lower-volume discussion lists (for Jingle, BOSH, social networking, 
mobile applications, etc.), I have created two new lists:

muc at xmpp.org -- discussion about Multi-User Chat, sign up at 
http://mail.jabber.org/mailman/listinfo/muc or send email to 
muc-request at xmpp.org

pubsub at xmpp.org -- discussion about XMPP publish-subscribe technologies, 
sign up at http://mail.jabber.org/mailman/listinfo/pubsub or send email 
to pubsub-request at xmpp.org
