[jdev] What's the essential difference between BOSH(XEP-0124/0206) and HTTP Binding(JEP-0124)

Dear All,

Both BOSH and HTTP-Binding are working on HTTP with a body wrapper.
Says BOSH enable browser-based clients to make biderectional
cross-domainconnections. How does a client support this feature,
I know Ajax doesn't support cross-domain connection, so what kind of web
technics can i choose to implement a web-based client which supports
cross-domain connection.
