[jdev] software pages update

FYI, the software pages directory under construction at stage.jabber.org
is moving along. Among other things there is now a list of XEPs that a
software project might support (mostly limited to Draft and Final specs,
along with a few Historical specs that will probably be changed to Draft
during the next Council session):

If you have already registered your software project, please return to
http://stage.jabber.org/ and update your listing.
