[jdev] ANN: headstock, a Python library for XMPP

All,

I'm glad to announce the non-release-yet of headstock. A Python library 
to work with XMPP. I'm saying not released yet because it's still under 
heavy development and I wouldn't want people to get too excited about 
it. However the library covers already the basics of XMPP and a bit more ;)
