Indeed. I thought it only as an on/off solution. If directed presence is 
wanted, the rule must be removed first.

Technically, the transport could be changed to not react to presence changes 
from offline to online unless some tag is present in the presence packet. 
Changes from online-some other online state would work normally. This is 
mostly a hack but could be turned on/off by adhoc commands with the 
transport.
