[jdev] openid.xmpp.za.net is back

FYI: openid.xmpp.za.net's dns is working again, so the service is once
more available :-)

Please let me know if you have any issues using the service.

Known issues:
 - Google users either need to enter their full jid (including
resource), or subscribe to the bot's jid
(openid at zelus.informationlogistics.co.za) before attempting to log in.
