[jdev] xmpp library for java

The new plugin-based framework for Echomine Feridian supports both 1  
and 2.  Unfortunately, documentation is fairly sparse at the moment  
because I haven't had a chance to write about it yet.  The API  
javadocs are always fully documented though.
