There are a number of Native Windows XMPP (and Jabber) stacks. They
range from the really old Jabber-Com stack, to the .Net 2.0 / 3.0 beast
that is the SoapBox Studio. 

The SoapBox Studio is open-source at this point (despite what the
Jabber.org page says), so use it and have a ball.
