This is a good idea, imho. Even though HTTP is the most visible kind of 
communication on the internet, it would be interesting to have a generic 
confirmation mechanism.

That being said, I think it is not redundant to go on working on a ticket 
system such as described in XEP-0101 / DIAS, since it accomplishes distinct 
goals from XEP-0070.
