[jdev] How to publish the server.

There might be 2 sources of your problem:
1. Your server is not reachable
2. Your client can not connect to the server.
To solve your problem you have to first find out whether it is a problem
in your client or in your server. So answer to the following questions:
1. Can you connect to your server using different client on a
"normal - desktop" machine located in the internet - outside your LAN?
2. Can you connect with your client to any different server available on the
internet?
There is no particular procedure to publish the server. It must be available
through public IP address and DNS must be properly configured for that
machine. That's it.
