[jdev] XEP-0154 server implementation

I just installed and started a simple server-side implementation of
XEP-0154 on jabber.se.  Feel free to test your clients there, and
report bugs to me.

The module is called "mod_profile", and is available in the
ejabberd-modules tree: http://ejabberd.jabber.ru/ejabberd-modules

PEP is still not supported… I hope to find time for that sooner or
later.
