Maybe so, but that isnt the normal jabber/xmpp way of doing things, you 
normally try to move as much complexity to the server as possible, plus 
the cheating thing is a big problem that as Andrew says just goes away 
without needing any addition complex protocol to try to detect it after 
the fact, personally I think its far better if its impossible to cheat 
in the first place as trying to detect it afterwards just seems a bit 
pointless to me, the game is over and the cheating has happened and the 
cheater has won.
