Hi Charles,
I saw your message and have a few questions. Do you have a specific
language that you are looking at to develop this application? Is it
web-based app or desktop app?
I am the creator and maintainer of the Echomine Muse and Feridian
projects hosted at http://open.echomine.org since year 2000 (when
XMPP didn't exist yet, but only Jabber). I write java-based XMPP API
libraries. So it does depend on what you are doing and what you're
looking for.
I do live in the US but if there are any specific reasons for having
to be in Europe, you can let me know.
Thanks,
Chris
