For now I'm working with jit-1.1.7
I tried also Py-ICQt, but responses are almost the same.
In general, I don't really need to make my application to work only with 100%
XEP-0100 compilant services, I just need to be able do few steps:
1) login into a jabber server
2) login into a transport
3) if not registered in this transport, register, then login
4) listen for new packets/send messages etc
