It sounds like you have bought the XCP server from Jabber Inc, I would 
suggest directing any queries such as this to their support team, they 
will have far more knowledge of it and be able to better help you, 
failing that try the jadmin at jabber.org mailing list which would be 
better suited to this kind of this, this mailing list is primarily a 
protocol development mailing list.
