[jdev] POLL: ad-hoc commands support (client side)

The basic building blocks (disco#info, disco#items and forms) for it  
will be there in Adium 1.1, but it won't be there. We'll have full  
support for mucs and gateways in 1.1 though, or so our jabber/xmpp  
guys tells me.

I'm cc'ing him so he can correct me if I got this wrong.
