No doubt. But since Wikipedia has, presumably, an objective process for
determining such things, we can depend on them for a while until the XSF
(or some objective third party) has a real compliance program in place.

Sure, but it can easily be copied over to Wikipedia.

Not sure the Council really needs to be involved in that. For now I
think it might be better to use the existing protocol suites we've defined:
