Based on your brief description, I would say none of the above. This one
seems most appropriate:
JEP-0137: Publishing SI Requests
http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0137.html
That enables you to tell someone that you have a file available for
transfer, and they can retrieve it as long as you're online (there is no
way to retract the offer but it's not clear if you need that). You would
have to send multiple offers (one for each file).
If you have put access to an HTTP server you could use JEP-0066 instead
(just send the URLs).
