[jdev] [ANN] Spark Fastpath 3.0

Hello all,

We're pleased to announce the release of Spark Fastpath -- a commercial
extension to Wildfire and Spark that provides queuing and routing of IM
conversations. The two typical use cases:

 * Deploy the included web client to your website so that customers can
chat with you.
 * Setup workgroups for departments inside your organization such as
"HR" or "IT Helpdesk" to make it easier to for people to find the best
person to answer their questions.

Normally, I only post announcements for major releases of our Open
Source or free software to Jdev. However, I thought the Fastpath release
warranted a posting since it's an implementation of JEP-0142
(Workgroups). Those of you following that JEP may remember our earlier
product iteration called Jive Live Assistant (hence the 3.0 version
number for Fastpath). I also hoped people might be interested in the
commercial work we're doing on top of our Open Source base. :)
