[jdev] SMS transport with Wengo provider

I have modified the existing aspsms-t software to be able to use the
Wengo VoIP/SMS provider.
I extracted the information from openwengo.com source code and putted
into the new fork of aspsms-t.
But the really final objective of the Marco Balmer (aspsms-t
developer) and me is create one single sms-t for many sms providers.

I try to store them in openwengo.com but they didn't answer me (

) so at the moment both are separated and can be downloaded from the
the same SVN.
