[jdev] Convert one-to-one chat into MUC

We've implemented this at the SDK level, but not all the way up to the
client. We do it with a GUID and use the room configuration form to name
the room something more user friendly.

Is there any client that implements the conversion of a one-to-one chat
into a MUC ?  If so, how does the client determine the name of the new
room ?
