[jdev] presence stanza processing with group chat

I guess I missed something. So you'll need to have separate servers
for MUC and normal XMPP? I mean
macbeth.shakespeare.lit can't serve as both? Where do you specify
which server is what type?

 - If macbeth.shakespeare.lit is an account server, then it's a
directed presence.
 - If macbeth.shakespeare.lit is a conference server, then it's a room
create/join request.
