[jdev] new bie question

I would proof the Java libraries for activity. Then for XMPP compliance and
after all what and how many JEPs each one supports.
Nowadays I won't start to use a library which isn't compliant to XMPP
standard.And if you find a bug or need help with a library and the project
is kinda inactive you won't find any response.
