The installer do not include the Erlang compiler erlc AFAIK (at least not in 
0.9.8). You can try the binaries of Erlang/OTP included in Erlang REPOS 
( http://freshmeat.net/projects/repos/ ). I believe that includes the Erlang 
compiler too.
