[jdev] Public Server with Compression Available

I've seen posts recently about people looking to develop client software
with compression support. I have put up a beta build of SoapBox Server
2006 which has this feature. Open registration is enabled. It's at
beta.soapbox.net. It's also running PubSub. It will likely go up and
down as it is a test system, but should be available most of the time.
