[jdev] AIM and Yahoo now open?

Here:

is said that lotus sametime is now can interoperate with GTalk, AIM and Yahoo 
using XMPP and SIMPLE protocols.

If I understand situation correctly - then it mean that AOL and Yahoo should 
open access for any IP that runs lotus.
Anybody knows if it is equal to just 'any IP' and as a consequence - can't we 
have now native xmpp transports to these two networks?
