  Hello! All:
     I am seeking a best the way to developing a web video conference like http://www.1videoconference.com. It run in linux and mysql by XMPP protocols and use all kind of protocol as H.264/H.263 , G.711/G.729 and compatible with SIP or H.323 etc, How can I structure it, Have anyones can help me or give some hint or like to join us to help developing.I can offer a limited  reward to give source code,Sorry I am not rich.
