[jdev] are JIDs case sensitive?

Are are right with that, but I wanted to add, that using the nodeprep 
profile of stringprep is more than being case-insensitive. It takes care 
about much more letters. E.g. even the following two JIDs are the same:

straßburg at example.com is the same JID as strassburg at example.com.
