Then the problem still is not in the exe, right? So the problem should
be solved where the problem is, not work around it. If your antivirus is
so dumb that it checks the same program again and again, even if it was
not changed, then it is not a reason to change the behaviour of GnuPG,
which is acting like this for a purpose. You guess, it obeys one of the
unix rules - one task = one program. I do not thing the authors will
want to disobey this rule because of your, not too well acting, system.

By the way, there is something like PGP, which I think provides a lib.
