[jdev] default mio karma on 1.4.2x

In 1.4.2 there is karma which can be set both for c2s (in the <pthcsock>
tag) and globally as a default. (in the <io> tag for MIO)
 
When no default karma is specified globally in the jabber.xml config
file, what kind of karma is applied to things like ACCEPT-based
components?
 
What I'm looking to do is push the karma way up for components, and use
the c2s config to lower it for clients.
