In the ideal world, I guess we should be running Exchange's MSN
server, that way you keep the chats inside.

IIRC you need to use a specific build of messenger to connect to your
corporate msn server, which probably means that everyone loses their
new fancy MSN 9000 with flasy bumps and custom emoticons.
