[jdev] PyMSNt 0.10 released! Now with avatars!

you need to use a client that support ad-hoc commands. otherwise you
could send raw xml like this:
<iq type="set" to="msn.transport" id="randomid">
<command xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/commands" node="stats" />
</iq>
