[jdev] XMPP Compliance

That server does pass the tests, however some on that list do not - mostly
because they do not offer SASL. If you are interested you can run the tests
yourself at http://www.movsoftware.com/XMPPComplianceChecker/
The list at xmpp.net does seem to have more compliant servers listed. It
would be nice if xmpp.net also listed which transports each server was
running, and for bonus points it could show the uptime of the each transport
as well!
