[jdev] urgent:applets not connecting to jabber

dear members,

At present i am developing a client to chat using java and jabber
server(the package i am using to connect to jabber is SMACK)

but my applet program not getting connected to the jabber server

the error is

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied
(java.net.SocketPermission 192.168.16.197:5222 connect,resolve)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But the java application programs are getting connected to the jabber,
only the applet programs are not .

i dont know to solve this.

please help me as soon as possible
